An expert engineer will visit your site to calculate the type and size of air conditioners you require, taking into account parameters such as room size, number of occupants, size of windows etc.

You will be given advice on the different product options available, so you can make a fully informed decision.

Once an order has been placed, a detailed method statement will be produced explaining exactly what will happen and when. This will be submitted for your approval alongside a risk assessment document for health and safety requirements.

Our product advisors and installation engineers are fully trained and will guide you through your cooling project, from product sizing and selection, to final demonstration of your installed system.

If you require a single air conditioner in a domestic or light commercial situation, our advisors can discuss the area to be cooled with you over the telephone. They will calculate the size of unit you require, and give you some options of suitable products. We will then forward product brochures along with a quote (via email or post) for your consideration.

For larger commercial projects requiring more than one unit installation, an expert engineer will visit your site to assess the project before providing a detailed quotation.
